Refund policy
We want you (and your little ones) to love your Luma Hat! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help:
Returns
- You may return items within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and with tags attached.
- For change of mind, customers cover the return postage.
- If the product is faulty or damaged, we’ll cover the return shipping.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and checked, we’ll issue a refund back to your original payment method.
- Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
- Want a different size or colour? Simply place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
