Orders & Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Luma offers worldwide shipping. Whether you’re in Australia or overseas, we deliver our sun-safe baby and toddler hats right to your door.

How long will my order take to arrive?

• Australia: 2 – 6 business days (standard) or 1–3 business days (express).

• International: Typically, 7–14 business days depending on your country. Tracking is included on all orders.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes! You can select express shipping at checkout for faster delivery.

Can I track my order?

Yes, all orders come with tracking. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

What are Luma Hats made from?

Our Play range is made from 90% cotton and 10% elastane for the perfect mix of breathability and stretch. Our splash range is made from 86% Nylon and 14% spandex. 

Do the hats stay on active toddlers?

Yes! Each hat is designed with a secure, adjustable chin strap buckle, perfect for busy little ones who don’t like to keep their hats on.

What sizes are available?

We currently offer sizes for 6–12 months, 1–2 years, 2–3 years, and 3–6 years.

How do I know what size to choose?

Are Luma hats safe?

Yes. Luma hats are designed with a secure, parent invented buckle and soft, stretchy fabric for comfort and sun protection. As with all children's products that include straps, we recommend supervision while your child is wearing the hat and advise against use during sleep.  

Care Instructions

How do I wash the hat?

Our hats are machine washable; a gentle cold cycle is recommended. Reshape and air-dry flat.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange a hat?

Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, as long as the hat is unworn and in its original condition. See our Returns Policy for full details.

What if my hat arrives damaged?
