    • Must be within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • What's not covered

    • Items that are used, washed, marked or damaged after delivery
    • Final sale/clearance items (if marked on product page)
    • Return parcels sent without tracking that are lost in transit
  • Faulty or incorrect items

    • If your hat arrives damaged, faulty, or not as ordered, we'll replace or refund and cover return postage.
